Coatings that outlastthe weather, the wearand the years.
We strip rust, scale and old paint down to bare metal, then bake on a finish that shrugs off salt, sun and abrasion. Bring us a single bracket or a full trailer load — same standard of prep, every time.
Call or text with photos and dimensions — that’s all we need to price it.
Two grits of expertise, one flawless finish
Every job starts with the surface. Get that wrong and even the best coating peels inside a year. So we handle both halves ourselves — the blasting and the coating — under one roof, on one schedule.

Sandblasting & Media Blasting
Rust, mill scale, old paint and grease removed down to a clean, profiled surface. We match the abrasive to the substrate so thin panels don't warp and heavy steel gets a proper anchor tooth.
- Rust & scale removal
- Old coating strip-off
- Profile matching to spec

Chemical Stripping
When blasting isn't the right answer — thin sheet, delicate castings, pot metal, or parts packed with old powder and paint — we strip them chemically instead, with no distortion and no abrasion.
- Multi-coat powder removal
- No panel distortion
- Delicate & cast parts

Powder Coating Application
Electrostatic powder bonded to the metal and cured in an oven at 200°C. No runs, no drips, no solvents — just a hard, uniform shell that takes knocks and keeps its color.
- 6,000+ Prismatic colors
- Matte, satin & gloss
- Textured & wrinkle finishes

Quality Control & Delivery
Every batch is checked for film thickness, adhesion and coverage before it leaves. Anything that isn't right gets re-stripped and re-run at our cost — not yours.
- Film thickness testing
- Coverage inspection
- Packaged for transport

If it's metal, we can bring it back
Mild steel, stainless, aluminium, cast iron, galvanised and hot-rolled — each behaves differently under blast and heat, and we treat it that way.
Powder coating
Must fit our curing oven: 72″ tall × 45″ deep × 45″ wide.
Sandblasting
No size limit. Large items are blasted only and are not powder coated. If you need a finish on one, we can apply epoxy primer and industrial paint instead.
Automotive & 4x4
Wheels, bull bars, roll cages, chassis and suspension components.
Architectural
Balustrades, window frames, gates, handrails and façade panels.
Industrial & plant
Frames, guards, brackets, machine housings and pallet racking.
Farm & marine
Implement parts, trailer bodies, deck fittings and coastal-exposure steel.
Furniture & fitout
Steel legs, café table bases, shelving, brassware and joinery steel.
Fabrication shops
Trade rates and scheduled batch runs for repeat production work.
From drop-off to collection in four moves
No mystery, no surprise line items. Here's exactly what happens to your parts once they reach our facility.
Quote & drop off
Send photos and dimensions through the quote form, or bring the parts in. You get a fixed price before anything is touched.
Strip & profile
Blasting removes every trace of rust, scale and old coating, leaving a uniformly profiled surface the powder can bite into.
Coat & cure
Electrostatic application in a controlled booth, then a full bake in the curing oven so the finish cross-links and hardens through.
Inspect & collect
Thickness and coverage checked, parts wrapped and protected, then collected or delivered back to you on schedule.
Every stage in one facility, under our own roof
Nothing is subcontracted — the parts stay in our hands from strip to cure.
200+ colors. Pick one, or match anything.
The full RAL and Dulux range sits on our shelf, alongside metallics, candy tones and textured finishes. Bring us a paint code, a sample panel or a photo of a 1987 tailgate and we'll match it.
